About WECS

WECS was created to support women who aspire to build meaningful and successful enterprises. Women entrepreneurs bring creativity, resilience, local knowledge and innovative solutions to the economy. However, many women continue to face barriers related to information, finance, market access, networks, confidence, technology and business support.

WECS works to bridge these gaps through practical programmes, expert guidance, peer learning, mentorship and strategic partnerships.

Our approach is simple: understand where an entrepreneur is today, identify what she needs next and help her take the next step.

From aspiring entrepreneurs and first-time founders to established business owners and growth-oriented enterprises, WECS creates opportunities for women to learn, connect, grow and lead.
